IN-SUITE APP EXPERIENCE
Upon arrival at NYA, each guest will receive a tablet that has been personally assigned to them, where they are able customize their appointment experience from start to finish.

The first two menu items will change throughout the appointment; with functions being added and removed depending on where the guest is in the process.
New to tattoos? No problem.
Getting a tattoo or piercing for a first time can be an overwelming experience. From filling out paper work, the actual piercing+tattooing process, and after care, there can be a lot to learn.
NYA provides a comprehensive FAQ + After Care tabs that are available throughout your entire appointment.

We know not everyone likes heavy
metal music. Trust us, we don’t either.
Tablets are programmed to control each individual suite, and guests will never sit through an uncomfortable appointment again. Custom temperature, lighting, and music controls are available to the each guest throughout the duration of their appointment.
Within the in-studio tablet app, guests have the opportunity to snap a shot of their new body art to put on display.
A printed polaroid of the photo will be ready at the front desk for guests to add to the community wall in the lounge.
